The R&D System V&V (Verification and Validation) Engineer typically involves working with a team to ensure that a system or product meets the required specifications, standards, and customer expectations. define, develop, and execute tests manually and automate.

About the Team

System V&V Team is responsible for ensuring that a complex system, typically software or hardware, meets its intended requirements and functions correctly before it is deployed or released to users. The team plays a critical role in quality assurance and risk mitigation.

Our team focuses on being close to development as much as possible, defining the test plan, and implementing as many tests as possible automatically


  • Test Planning and Design: Define test plans and test cases based on the system requirements, and develop each test as an automated test based on internal infrastructure.
  • Test Execution: Execute test cases on multiple Systems to verify the system's behavior and performance. record and document test results.
  • Test Environment Setup: Setting up and configuring the necessary test environments, including hardware and software, to simulate a real-world condition for testing.
  • Defect Management: Assist in tracking, documenting, and managing defects identified during testing. Collaborate with engineers and development teams to ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
  • Participate in system requirements and design reviews.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.


  • BSc. Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in developing automatic testing (Python with Pytest or Cpp) in a multidisciplinary system (HW& SW)
  • Experience in Linux environment (testing and debugging)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (Hands-On)
  • Experience in test equipment (e.g. Oscilloscope, Power Analyzer, Logic Analyzer)


  • Experience with Test management tool and Version control, CI/CD, and Atlassian apps (Git, Jira, Xray, Confluence)
  • Knowledge in I2C and SPI protocols
